Combining internship matching, community events, and skill building, TechGen is is a unique program addressing both sides of the talent equation: strengthening the talent pipelines for local companies while providing streamlined access to college and graduate students interested in the innovation ecosystem.
Our online platform is a two-way marketplace connecting both students and companies. Students have the ability to search for internships based on job verticals and apply to the company, while companies post internships and can search for candidates based on their identified skillsets and request the student to apply. We’re streamlining the hiring process to make the time spent on the process as seamless as possible.”
